OES began as a specialized refrigeration gasket replacement company in New York and has since evolved into a full-service refrigeration and energy efficiency partner nation-wide. Today, we provide comprehensive solutions for commercial kitchens and refrigerated environments, including refrigeration efficiency upgrades, advanced controls, and commercial LED lighting, all designed to deliver measurable energy savings.
A key part of our value is our deep expertise in utility rebate programs. We manage the entire process on behalf of our customers, from identifying eligible measures to securing incentives and completing installations. This approach allows our customers to reduce energy costs with little disruption and, in many cases, minimal upfront investment.
Our Story and Leadership
Orange Energizing Solutions was founded in 2004 by Avner Harel and Moshe Schneider with a focus on improving refrigeration efficiency. As customer needs, technologies, and utility programs evolved, the company grew alongside them, expanding its capabilities to deliver comprehensive, rebate-driven energy solutions for commercial customers.
Today, OES is led by Avner Harel and David Schwartz, who are focused on building the next phase of the company. Their leadership emphasizes innovation, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships with utilities and customers alike. Looking ahead, OES remains committed to helping businesses reduce energy costs through proven solutions that are practical, scalable, and built for lasting impact.
Moshe Schneider (1955–2019)
Moshe Schneider was a dear friend, a businessman, and a man with a big heart. For more than 20 years, he played an important role in helping build and support OES, working with dedication, wisdom, and a strong belief in our mission.
Moshe often said, “If you like what you are doing, you don’t have to work a day in your life.” His friendship, generosity, and willingness to help others remain a meaningful part of OES’s foundation. May his memory be a blessing.
